Tina Stoltzfus Horst has been a coach and coach trainer for cross-cultural and missions leaders for over 20 years.
Tina founded Coaching Mission International in 2006 and was its Executive Director until 2017. She co-founded the FOCOS program with Wolfgang Jani.
The author of Dancing between Cultures: Culturally Intelligent Coaching for Missions and Ministry, Tina enjoys writing, developing and mentoring others, creating beauty, and of course, coaching and training!
Tina lives in Indiana, USA, with her husband of 40 years, Gary (also a coach and trainer); and their dog, Macy.
Michael Kaspar has been involved in cross-cultural missions for almost 20 years and currently serves as Director of Global Initiatives with VisionSynergy and as Catalyst for Ministry Collaboration with the Lausanne Movement. He is passionate about equipping coaches for Kingdom impact and has received training in coaching from CMI, COACH Model, and Kairos Partnerships.
Michael is married to Lindsey, who he met in OM in the Middle East, and they enjoy their 5 children as they live on their homestead in Georgia, USA. When not investing in Kingdom leaders around the World, he is solving problems at the small homestead with goats, pigs, chickens and other animals and vegetables.
In addition to coffee, books and podcasts, he loves connecting people and ideas for strategic impact in God’s Kingdom.
Dwarika Shrestha has been involved in bringing the good news of the Gospel and empowering leaders in Nepal and South Asia for over 20 years.
In the past, Dwarika has worked in the mission field as the Project Manager for Chepang Holistic Ministry, as the Pastor of a community church in Kathmandu, and as the Regional Director of South Asia with Spoken Worldwide engaging oral learners in Nepal and India.
At present, he serves with VisionSynergy as the Regional Director of South Asia bringing ministry leaders together to catalyze and collaborate for Kingdom breakthroughs.
He has completed his coach training program from CMI and has been coaching Synergy Catalyst Program participants and other pastors and leaders.
Dwarika is married to Ashima. They live with their two children in Kathmandu, Nepal. In addition, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, trekking, and doing adventures.
