VisionSynergy and FOCOS share a desire and passion to ACCELERATE the progress of the Gospel among the unreached peoples and places in East Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. FOCOS is accomplishing this goal by equipping and training Christian missionary leaders with coaching skills. VisionSynergy is accomplishing this goal by equipping and training local ministry leaders to launch and lead mission networks in strategic areas of world mission.

VisionSynergy’s priorities are focused on critical regions in world mission where ministry collaboration is essential to achieving real breakthroughs. These are areas where the situations are too complex, where the challenges are too big, and where the resources required are simply too great for any one organization.

The primary emphasis of our work is identifying collaborative strategies that will be most effective in advancing the progress of the Gospel among the unreached peoples of the world. We do this by providing ministry network leaders and networks advising, coaching, mentoring, and training services.

One of our core programs is the Synergy Catalyst Program (SCP), an 18-month network leader development program that equips and encourages leaders as they launch a new network in strategic areas of ministry and evangelism. Coaching is a critical component of this network launch program.

We are partnering with the FOCOS coach training program to equip leaders with the coaching skills needed to coach and support these network leaders. VisionSynergy is co-hosting the program.

For leaders who are willing to commit to coaching 2 - 3 network leaders for 18-24 months after they complete the program, VisionSynergy will provide a sliding scale program discount. In addition, we will provide a small coaching stipend for each coaching client. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about network leadership and the world of ministry collaboration.
